Christopher Ferraro
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, LPC
I have worked in the mental health field since 2011, and as a counseling professional since 2015. The therapeutic modalities I incorporate in counseling include an integration of mostly client centered, CBT, psychotherapy, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. I have experience treating Individuals 18+ with a wide variety of mental health issues and diagnoses. I have experience working with the following populations:
military, college, healthcare professional, and the highly sensitive person
(H.S.P.). My specialty areas include trauma informed care and the treatment of complex PTSD.
My style of therapy involves deep listening and compassion at its root. I have an experienced approach that utilizes an integration of scientifically grounded psychological interventions that can be applied to your unique life circumstances. Together, we can collaboratively work together to address your life concerns and circumstances that are causing you emotional pain and distress.
Michelle Timpson
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, LPC
I am a National Certified Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, as I believe therapy is not a one size fits all service; different people heal in various ways. My methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, DBT techniques, and ABA techniques. I work with anxiety disorders, depression disorders, ADD/ADHD, childhood trauma, and autism spectrum disorders.
I have over 10 years of working in the Mental Health field, serving a variety of populations and their various needs. My most extensive work experience has been with children, adolescents, and individuals on the Autism spectrum, as well as individuals with other neurodiversities.
As you start this journey, I feel honored to walk alongside of you. Therapy is hard work but so rewarding when we truly gain a more profound sense of ourselves.
Lulu (Laurie) Halbe
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, LPC
Currently accepting new clients. Lulu provides a safe, affirming space for individuals seeking emotional healing, self-discovery, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves. She works with adults navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, seeking greater self-awareness, or exploring a deeper sense of purpose. Many clients experience anxiety, self-doubt, or disconnection and are looking for healing that supports the whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
Lulu utilizes a combination of approaches based on the need and desire of the person. Her integrative approach draws from modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to resolve inner conflict, Somatic Experiencing to release trauma stored in the body, and Contemplative Counseling to foster mindfulness and emotional clarity.
It’s a deep privilege to be invited into the sacred work of therapy. Lulu walks alongside you—not as someone with all the answers, but as a guide who believes in your capacity to grow & heal.
Jill Buhler
LPC-A
With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges through a supportive and evidence-based approach. As a Child-Centered Play Therapist (CCPT), I create a safe and compassionate space where children can express themselves, process their emotions, and develop resilience through the healing power of play.
In addition to play therapy, I incorporate sand tray and expressive arts techniques, offering creative pathways for children and teens to explore feelings that may be difficult to put into words. These approaches can be beneficial for clients experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, or life transitions, helping them find new ways to process and communicate their inner
world.
For teens, I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help them develop healthier thought patterns, improve coping strategies, and build confidence. My goal is to meet each client where they are, offering age-appropriate interventions that foster growth, healing, and
self-understanding.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. Whether your child is struggling with big feelings, your teen is managing anxiety, or your family is working through loss, I work closely with both clients and parents to create a supportive plan tailored to your needs.
If you’re seeking a warm, experienced therapist who understands the unique developmental needs of children and adolescents, I would be honored to walk alongside your family in this process.
