Position Snapshot:
Title Evenings & Weekends Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Schedule 5–20 hrs/week • Any time Sat/Sun • Evenings after 4 PM Mon–Fri

Reports To Danielle Heist, LPC, CAADC, SAP – Clinical Director
What You’ll Do:
Expand access: Offer therapy outside traditional hours (individual, couples, family, or group).
Complete the clinical arc: Intakes, diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries—submitted within 7 days. Deliver evidencebased care: CBT, DBT, mindfulness, traumainformed modalities, and more.
Collaborate: Work closely with intake, billing, and casemanagement teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Innovate: Option to design workshops, seminars, or specialty programs—and earn extra income.
Protect privacy: Maintain HIPAA compliance and timely EMR documentation (SimplePractice).

You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Hold an active PA license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent) and a master’s in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field. Bring at least one year of postmaster’s clinical experience. Have strong assessment, treatmentplanning, and documentation skills. Are comfortable with Office 365 and EMRs (we use SimplePractice).
