About Tides of Change
Tides of Change Behavioral Health Services is a clinician-owned outpatient practice providing evidence-based, individualized care to adults, children, couples, and families.
We recognize that no single form of therapy fits every client. Our clinicians are encouraged to use innovative treatment approaches and pursue the professional interests that inspire them. We support continuing education, specialty certifications, and the development of nontraditional services such as therapy intensives, psychoeducational groups, workshops, trainings, and skill-building programs.
Position Summary
We are seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services at our York outpatient office.
Clinicians may build a schedule that fits their professional and personal goals—from four hours per week to a full-time caseload. To help us meet client needs, clinicians are asked to offer at least one evening or weekend scheduling option within their selected availability.
Although this position is primarily office-based, telehealth-only arrangements may be considered for clinicians with specialized certifications, advanced training, or expertise in a particular treatment modality or clinical area.
